ASMW FA – Ted Munda

Ted Munda was an Enfield, local hero, local hits around 1966 in Wellington DE. A “Friends of the Family” playing at Larry Magids original Electric Factory in Philly, opening for Cream, later The Who and Pink Floyd at the Spectrum. Hey, we were kids, in high school so it was… wack plus. After high school I joined the Blues Magoos who were leaving Mercury Records and went out to LA with them. Dennis Ganum, who did the Tammy Show film, was our Manager and he put us in the studio with legendary producer and publisher Frank Slay. Rank produced the Four Seasons stuff,Strawberry Alarm Clock, ect. and Paul Mcartney bought his publishing company; thats the only reason one of my songs is published by MPL Music Publishing. Thank you Sir Paul.

Had a record deal in 1973 with Columbia Records, signed by Clive Dav is, Managed by Jerry Weintraub and Produced by Louie Shelton who didall of Seal & Crofts production and guitar work.

Worked with 4 star music and that catalog is at SONY/Acuff-Rose and two songs are currently playing in Italy and Spain.(GO FIGURE) 1983 worked with Producer George Tobin in LA and Smokey Robinson recorded 2 songs for his “Blame It On Love” Motown album.

I started seeing UFOs in 10th grade. (It’s not my fault) Seen about 10 ships close up. The best was in Kauai when a doughnut shaped UFO did a light show over the bay at night and then came down and flew s l o w l y over my head at 100ft. They must like me.

At the same time I was doing music I was studying healing and meditation. 5 different Teachers. I have the March 22, 1994 architectural design copyright with the Library of Congress for the Capstone Vortex building. It amplifies the process of healing & regeneration. It amplifies memory & concentration. With repeated use it literally regenerates the human body and joins the 2 hemispheres of the brain together.( Hey…somebody has to do it…) Check it out.

I have had 2 books published by Charles E. Tuttle Co of Tokyo & Boston; a zen publisher. The first was ” Zen Munchkins( Little Wisdoms) and then The Fizits in 1994, an illustrated children’s book about how” love can change your mind”with visionary artist Brian McGovern.

I am working at present on funding the Capstone Vortex Concept and will be doing a new Album as soon as my Producer Bill Chrysler get out of the studio with John Mayer.
